The position will report to the Maintenance Fitter.
Key Function To maintain plant and machinery to world class standards as per the Pragma System

Required Prior Learning ? Grade 12 / N3 or equivalent
? Qualified Fitter (Must have Trade certificate)
? Knowledge of Baking machinery will be an advantage
? At least 5 years experience in a production environment
? Must be able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays
? Must be able to do maintenance using a computerised maintenance system
? Must be familiar with installation and construction work
? Must be able to be do standby duties
? Must be prepared to work a 6 day work week
