The QAA will be responsible for the management and controlling of the movement of the production boxes and production packs between QA department and other departments.

Quality Assurance Certification / Diploma or Degree- ISO or Similar

? The QAA will be responsible for the Updating of the specification sheets (GDF01)

? The QAA must ensure that production boxes are ready as per forecast plan a month in advance (minimum).

? The QAA will be responsible for preparing production packs and maintaining production boxes and ensuring the Quality Manager receives the correct information from the production team to ensure boxes are correct.

? The QAA must ensure that all relevant production packs are returned back in a good condition after the production and replaced in the correct production box – after updating where required.

? The QAA must Manage daily quality related samples that the department must work with

? The QAA will be required to sign off pre-production samples for Coating & Decorating production on a rotational basis.

? The QAA will be responsible for typing up of daily production morning meeting minutes and departmental meetings.

? The QAA will be responsible for managing all packages to be packed and sent to Suppliers and/or Customers

? The QAA will be responsible for maintain organized work space (Including the neat work space for the Quality Manager)

? The QAA will be responsible the QAA will be required assist with tasks in factory relating to Quality Department

? Screening of Quality Department telephone calls, enquiries, requests, faxes and emails

? The QAA must ensure accuracy of all work /documents/reports and forms
