One of our Clients based in Cape Town is looking for a Quality Controller. Must have Matric and post qualification.The candidate must have 4-5 years’ experience in the plastics industry.

Duties Include:

-Perform tests throughout stages of production to determine degree of control over variables starting from incoming inspection of raw materials to final inspection of finished good
- Coordinating cycle time, scrap, and setup time reduction projects
- Inspect manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards,
- Visually inspect or manually test products, before, during or after the manufacturing process.
- Have to verify the dimensions of an object like colour, weight, texture, print quality and strength.
- Inspect samples from a batch for defects and or/imperfections and weigh materials for production
