We are looking for a young, well-presented and organized individual to handle a busy Reception.
Your main duties will be:
General office administration and filing.
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director
Taking dictation and minutes.
Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Qualification/Experience:
Grade 12
Administration or Secretarial qualification (advantageous)
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
Computer literate, MS Office
Salary R8, 000 – R12, 000 (Permanent)
