Receptionist
General Information:
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Switchboard Duties
Purchase Orders for Stock
Calendar Updates
Schedule Site Surveys and Call outs
Print Installation Notes Each Day
Scan in Installation notes and send to all departments
Filing petrol slips, invoices and installation notes
Requirements:
Must be well-mannered and have excellent telephone etiquette.
Must be well presented in semi-casual attire.
Must be bilingual (English and Afrikaans).
Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).

Must have:
· Task & Goal Oriented & able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Proficient in MS Office Applications and excellent typing skills
· Excellent communication & Customer service skills
· Problem solving & Conflict Resolution Capabilities.
· Must have Matric Mathematics & Accounts
· Previous experience in accounts administration essential.
MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE.
Starting Salary R8500/ month.
