Job description
• Identification of suitable candidates that meet the key criteria for various vacancies within the company and client
• Ensuring targets set are met – CV typed and sent, internal and client interviews
• Meeting and exceeding weekly targets as prescribed by management and to meet the specific growth requirements of the company and department
• Completion of sourcing recruitment process to ensure that weekly new trainee intake targets are met

Candidate Requirements

• Completed degree
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Excellent ability to drive results
• Excellent communication skills
• Two years+ relevant / related working experience
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet

This role will have a strong commission structure to it, so the successful incumbent must be very target-driven and ambitious
