Are you a talented HR professional with a passion for precision and confidentiality? A leading investment company based in Newlands is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our thriving team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Update and maintain employee records of the PeoplePlus system.
Leave management.
Administer staff benefits – Processing of membership applications/membership withdrawals and maintaining records for medical aid, gap cover, and ICAS.
Administer the onboarding of new employees.
Process all pre-employment duties i.e. liaise with IT regarding the new employee`s computer, password, connected phone line & number, and email address is registered & working)
Ensure new employees get access to the office
Administer offboarding process.
Administer and maintain BBBEE information and toolkit.
Administrator and maintain training and development records.
Generate and compile reports as required.
Handle employee queries.
Perform administrative tasks.
Support the other departments as and when required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric is a must!
HR Qualifications will be advantageous.
1 – 2 years of HR Administration experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Attention to detail.
Good communication skills are required.
