Looking for a Recruitment Team Leader for a Travel Company
Qualifications, experience and knowledge:
Matric Qualification
A Bachelors Degree in Human Capital
3-5 years Human Capital Experience in a corporate environment
3-5 years Human Capital Generalist experience
Labour Law Human Capital policies and procedures Guidelines on conducting assessments Interview skills
Willing to travel locally
Car is essential (required to meet with management across the business

Regularly consult with management to ensure requirements are being met
Discuss suitability of candidates with line managers after interviews
Consult with recruitment partners to ensure that they are aware of requirement and needs
Develop Interview methodology in consultation with line management
Create and maintain a centralised library of job profiles and competency based interview guides
Manage the database for recruitment and keep an updated CV status record
Screen all internal and external applications, ensuring that the job profile is adhered to
Schedule interviews and serve as the representative in all initial interviews and where required Ensure the feedback is given to the candidates re the outcome of the interviews
Conduct reference checks on all potential employees
Maintain recruitment website and database of job seekers categorised by skill
Arrange and conduct interviews for staff in line for promotion and manage the process
Manage the Exit Interview process
Ensure data integrity of all information
Salary: R22 000 ctc
