Recruitment Team Leader


This role will suit someone who can remain calm under pressure and can display a positive attitude at all times. A willingness to go above and beyond with a strong work ethic is also required.

Responsibilities:

To supervise your team ensuring a high standard and reliable service at all time
Support your teams development and attainment of performance standards and targets through daily supervision, monthly/quarterly appraisals and daily/weekly team meetings.
Set KPI targets in line with company requirements
Set daily, monthly, quarterly incentives to ensure team motivation is kept high and celebrate accomplishments and performance accordingly
Ensure payroll is on time and that all escalations are dealt with quickly
Handle conflict situations and/or discipline when necessary
Ensure that the desk is always adequately staffed
Recruit new team members as and when it’s necessary
Ensure the Company’s Policies and Procedures are effectively communicated and executed
Any other reasonable duties as requested by Senior Management
Experience:

No less than 3 years senior recruitment experience (within an RECRUITMENT AGENCY environment), preferably managing a team of target driven Consultants
We will consider people with either permanent or temporary recruitment experience.
Knowledge of relevant recruitment legislation
Previous training experience is necessary as this role will involve you actively training your team members to improve themselves all the time
