ROLE PURPOSE Supervises and Undertakes the maintenance, repair and installation of all refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and supports the installation or commissioning and validation of all new refrigeration and air- conditioning installations. In addition provides emergency out-of- hour service client



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

? Grade 12.

? Engineering Diploma.

? MERSETA Trade Test in Refrigeration.

? Drivers licence.

? Registered Refrigeration Practitioner (SAQCC Gas).

? Management or Supervisory Qualification.

Experience and knowledge requirements

? 3 years’ experience in a Supervisory position or Managerial position in a workshop and/ or Maintenance environment.

? Experience in low temperature refrigeration equipment.

? General Administration.

? Understanding and knowledge of SAP.

? Electrical and electronic controls in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning.

Other (knowledge and skills), e.g. under-standing of relevant legislation; knowledge of

? Understanding and application of the relevant Heating, Ventilation, Airconditioning & Refrigeration (HVAC & R) legislation.
