Location: Midrand (but will travel a lot in Gauteng and other provinces)

Purpose of the Role:
As the Regional HR manager, you will drive the implementation of and compliance to HR policies, procedures and legislation to ensure optimised human capital performance in line with strategic and operational goals by delivering value adding HR services, projects, advice and coaching to the business.
Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Min 3-year National Higher Diploma / National First Degree in HR Discipline
Experience:
• 8 – 10 years HR generalist experience in FMCG manufacturing environment
• Prior experience managing a team of HR Practitioners
Knowledge:
As the successful individual, you would need the following knowledge to complete your daily tasks:
• HR strategy, policies and procedures

• Interaction between HR disciplines
• Financial management
• Business unit’s business strategy
• Labour legislation

• Contributing to the development of the Business Unit’s overall business strategy, driving and implementing a HR strategy and business plan within budget in the manufacturing operation and support functions to enable the delivery of the business goals and overall business strategy.
