A leading Telecoms company is looking for a self motivated and self managed person
with the ability to work well under pressure who can take a “Hands-On” approach to the
regional inventory administration for the Butterworth Area

Minimum Experience and Requirements:

  • Solid 2 years Customer Service

  • Matric / Grade 12

  • Computer literate

  • 2 years Stock control experience

  • 2 years Stock control, fulfillment and distribution experience

  • Sound knowledge of stock control, fulfillment and distribution

  • Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle


  • Management of Inventory Stock

  • Responsible for Own Shop stock holding – ensure optimal stock levels

  • Responsible for receipt and dispatch of stock

  • Compiles Stock Reports

  • Responsible for Housekeeping within Inventory Department

  • Responsible for and controls Security for the entire Inventory process

  • Apply first-in, first-out principle in Inventory control

  • Responsible for physical receipting of Stock and all associated Documentation

  • Responsible for and Control Physical Stock takes in respective Store on daily, weekly and monthly basis

  • To clean and clear stock interfaces
