Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - Honours degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology is essential
Must be a Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice)
At least 3 years’ experience as a Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice) is essential coupled with exposure to assessment centre practices and digitised assessment solutions
Experience gained within the financial services industry will be highly advantageous
