DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Compile spreadsheets and presentations using MS Office software
• Ensure relevant data are accurate
• Tracking reporting on sales vs. target figures
• Tracking department/unit expenditure
• Manage and improve own/department efficiencies
• Issue resolution and escalation
• Ability to establish consumer product needs
• Special event coordination for the department
• Meeting scheduling
• Minute taking at selected meetings
KNOWLEDGE
• Sound knowledge of MS Excel & Power Point
• Computer proficiency
• Report writing
• Basic copy writing
• Business etiquette
WORK SKILLS
• Ability to work with different MS Office programmes
• Ability to understand the different functions within the business unit
• Ability to re-write reports in standard English
• Ability to understand standard business communication techniques
• Ability to proof read various reports and documents
• Ability to plan and prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks/reports
