We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Retail Manager who will be responsible for the efficient management and development of our clients stores in Port Elizabeth

Your Role
• You will have full Profit and Loss accountability over your stores.
• You will recruit and train a strong team and develop and train competent Managers.
• You will keep track of store targets & KPI’s and support your teams in order to reach and exceed them.
• You will implement sales driving strategies and develop strong relationships by training retail partners on brand standards in order to achieve sales results.

The Person
• The ideal Manager will have at least 3 years Area Management experience, and have a real passion for customer service. They will also have a strong KPI background and a commercial flare. They will be outgoing, fun and be up for a challenge!
• You will have full P&L accountability, be a strong KPI Manager and know how to lead and motivate a team to reach and exceed their goals.
• You will know how to inspire your staff and Managers in order to develop a strong and effective team.
• You will be a brand ambassador and always work in a professional manner.
