RESPONSIBILITIES

A quick check of hardware (MRI)
Apple Software support and updates (not applicable to third-party software)
Email Support and set up
Time Machine set up
iCloud and Apple ID Support
Make OS Installer disks for clients
Every fundi booking should be a booking with details via the website
Trade in-assessments are to be authorised by Branch/Assistant Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric
2 years’ Junior Technician Mac / Apple/ICloud experience
Computer literate on MS Word and Excel
Good communication skills
Self-starter and able to work independently
Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
