Well established and reputable company based on the West Rand.The Person: We are not looking at a traditional retail store manager. We are looking for a business smart, well groomed and eloquent person (fluent business English and Afrikaans), with high energy levels, forward thinking, a creative eye, however not creative personality, who enjoys home fashion, décor and home products.Must possess a strong but fair character, be social with a solid E Q to manage staff (10) efficiently and effectively. A person who can take the showroom to the next level and grow herself along with the business in modern times.Min 25 years working experience in a similar role of which at least 3 must have been in management.Min Matric with a Business degree or diploma preferable.Solid administrative background with good computer skills. Focused with excellent attention to detail.The position requires passion and enthusiasm. Fit to do excessive walking at times and to travel as and when required.The ideal candidate will be resident on the West Rand and Jhb North areas, where travelling to and from work will be largely against the traffic.Prospective candidates will have to agree to credit and criminal scrutiny.
