Retail outlet Supervisor
A Campworld retail outlet supervisor will lead a team of sales representatives and will be responsible for the performance of the retail sales team as well as being responsible for creating and maintaining a retail environment conducive to maximising department sales performance and customer experience.

Skills required include:
• Experience in retail sales & Retail junior management
• Goods Receiving
• Stock taking
• Customer relations
• Point of Sales
• Sage Evolution (optional – in house training will be provided but prior experience will be beneficial)
• Merchandising & Labelling
• Camping industry Experience & Product Knowledge (optional – in house training will be provided but prior experience will be beneficial)
• Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook

Probation Remuneration:
• 3 Months’ probation period
• Fixed Salary of R10,000.00 p/m

Remuneration:
• Monthly Basic Salary of R9000.00
• Commission based on department sales
• Membership to Provident fund with employer contribution benefit
• Optional medical aid membership
