Our client requires the services of a Safety Officer.

Key performance areas:
? Ensure that contract comply with all related legislation
? Ensure compliance with all SHE site administration requirements
? Schedule site and project compliance audits and ensure that it meets all legislation requirements
? Manage all site SHE meetings effectively
? Investigate all fatal and serious accidents and incidents
? Develop and sustain excellent client relationships
? Manage site occupational health, safety and environmental officers
? Manage employee health risk factors
? Effective self-management.

The successful candidate must have:
? Matric
? Safety qualifications – SAMTRAC, HIRA, Legal liability, Incident Investigation, BS OSHAS 18001 System Implementation, Auditing,
? Environmental qualifications - ISO 14001 System Implementation, NEMA (Legislation), Aspect and in packet register implementation, Waste management, Carbine footprint systems, Auditing
? 5 – 7 years’ Safety and Environment Management experience in construction
? Good communication skills (written & verbal)
