Duties and responsibilities:
Company vendor registration submissions
Tender submissions, tender documents updates
Sourcing new tender opportunities and business leads
Staff cv management
Compiling contracts as per company template
Follow up emails on behalf of senior staff
Travel planning and bookings, diary management for sales director
Contact with clients to obtain missing information/answer queries
Maintain and update sales and customer’s records
Sales research and general assistance to senior staff members as required
