Job Description
Provide support to the sales manager.
Telesales.
Administrative tasks such as order processing/capturing, filing, sales reports, etc.
Contribute toward quality customer service by dealing with customers’ queries regarding orders and deliveries.
Handle logistic/transport queries.
Handle complaints/customer queries.
Working with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders or providing service to customers.
Arrange appointments and travel arrangements for the sales manager.
