I am urgently looking for a dynamic, energetic Sales & Bid Administrator with excellent communication & people skills to support a very energetic and vibrant sales team. This person must have at least 5 years Sales Administration experience; as well as previous Bid Management experience preferable in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Administration; Quote Management/ Order Processing/ Management of
customer records/ Sales Team support and Administration/ Reporting
• Tender Administration; Complete statutory documentation/ Complete templates for the relevant responses/ Manage deadlines/ Formatting documents/ Ensure database repository is up to date/ Complete full tender packs in terms of supply chain policy/ Administration and briefing sessions/ Monitor tender bulletins
Required and Desirable Skills:
• Strong Administration Skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong Microsoft Office understanding
• Constantly looking at improving processes
• Takes responsibility for actions, projects and people
• Work well in a team and independently
• Keen intelligence and negotiation skills
Salary: R20 000pm depending on experience
