Sales/Brand Manager

Salary: R30 000 – R40 000

Requirements
• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Fashion / Marketing / Brand Management or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Fashion Industry
• Computer Literacy
• Assertive and Leadership Skills
• Operational and Product Development Knowledge
• Experience of developing marketing plans, advertising and promotions
• Good communication, management and organizational skills
• Strong numerical/planning skills
• Sales experience

Duties
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory / market segment to generate new business for the organization’s product / services
• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentation to existing and prospective customers
• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/ quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, finance, logistics etc.
• Analyses the territory / market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization
• Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities
• Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on investment for the segment
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, technical services, competitiveness activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with Marketing
• Participate in road shows and conventions
• Develop Brand Image and awareness
• To maximize the commerciality and visual impact of the brand
• To ensure high standards are achieved and maintained at all retail stores countywide
