The basic salary will be R15 000 per month or / commission earned; whichever is the highest which will be applicable for a period of 3 months commencing employment. Thereafter it will revert to a commission only basis of remuneration. In other words during the first 3 months of employment you have to achieve over R150 000 rare sales (excluding VAT) before you will start earning additional commission. Defined Remuneration on which benefits and leave are calculated is R15 000 per month.
THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
?Dealing with local and international clients, new and existing, mainly by phone and online, as well as occasionally in person.
?Sales of Krugerrand and Rare Coins.
?Relationship building – maintains and nurtures long term client relationships.
