Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: R20 000.00 + Commission

Requirements:
? Tertiary level Qualification
? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
? CRM System experience will secure your position
? 3 Years or more experience within a customer services industry
? 3 Years or more franchise industry experience
? 3 Years or more sales industry experience
? Must have own vehicle and drivers licence
? Proven track record in developing strong relationships with clients
? Excellent communication skills

Main Purpose:

1.To sell new franchises

2. Key Result Areas:
• Selling new franchises per budget
• Opening of new stores as per budget
• Sale of existing stores

3. Key Duties:
• Research target market: Research market for most fertile source of franchisees
• Market development: Promote the franchise opportunity
• Managing sales pipeline: Meet the sales pipeline according to monthly targets
• Relationship building: Manage all leads with professionalism until the prospect signs
up or is ceased.
• Developing sales report: Create and present the relevant sales reports

4. Role and Responsibilities:
• Call incoming leads to arrange meetings with them so as to present the franchise
opportunity
• Display efficiency in gathering market research and prospect info
• Responding to and managing any incoming email and phone enquiries
• Maintain and develop good relationships with prospects through personal contact via
telephone & meetings etc.
• Responsible to become thoroughly familiar with and adhere to local laws pertaining to
sales and disclosure information.
• Nurture relationships with existing franchisees and support their new store
development plans
• Act as brand ambassador for the company
• On-going personal development through continuous learning

5. Work Environment:
• Time management skills: without supervision
• Able to complete tasks and meet deadlines
• Able to quickly learn and pick up on complex ideas
• Willing to multitask and assist any requirements within the FSD
• Must be able to read and comprehend sales reports
• Willing to work a flexible schedule which can include after hours and weekends
• Must be willing to travel
