SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales and Marketing Representative that thrives in a competitive, pressurized environment.

The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Service existing client base of over 90 stockists
• Build strong relationships with our client base
• Source new stockists via online research
• Follow up on warm leads
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Understand importance of outstanding customer service
• Social Media planning and content generation
• Social Media monitoring and responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years Sales experience
• Proven Customer Service experience including dealing with complaints
• Track record of over-achieving sales targets
• Experience with managing Social Media accounts
• Experience in Social Media Content generation
• Strong telephonic communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Matric certificate
• Drivers License and own car would be advantageous
• Degree will be considered as beneficial
• Must be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook

Working Hours 8am-4pm

Offices based in Riverhorse Valley.

Must be able to work during busy holidays seasons such as Easter and Christmas.
