We are looking for an experience Senior HR Advisor to provide People Solution to our clients.

The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for leading and project managing the People Solutions product offering and the related accountability. The incumbent will be responsible for the developing, planning, directing, and coordinating of HR activities on behalf of clients in support of the client’s strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
• Developing and managing HR initiatives
• Developing and managing new business pipeline
• Client relations management
• Identifying, monitoring and managing of Organisational Development Risks
• Guidance of Organisational change in companies across different sectors
• Developing and implementing culture change and transformation strategies
• Retention & succession planning
• Subject Matter Training and development
• Working and building relationships with clients
• Research and report writing
• Ensuring clients documentation (contracts, policies and procedures) are compliant with the latest
• Skills development consulting, identifying skills shortages and training needs, drafting
• Completion of skills development reports (WSP and ATR)
• Employment equity-EE consulting, EE committee meetings, developing and maintaining of
• EE Plan and completing EE Reports
• Counselling employees and engaging in progress consultations
• Discipline Management (drafting charges, chairing of hearings, issuing of reprimands)
• Conducting Appeal Hearings
• Performance Management (facilitation, addressing Poor Work Performance)
• Incapacity Management (facilitation of Ill health, Addiction and Injury cases)
• Restructuring and Retrenchment (ensuring compliance with LRA).
• Conducting Grievance Hearings
• Labour Legislation
• Facilitating union matters across different sectors (collective bargaining, strike handling)
• Handling and assisting in CCMA matters -Conciliation prep, conciliation assistance,
• Con-Arb, Arbitration prep, Arbitration assistance at the CCMA, review and recession

Preferred qualifications, experience and skills
• Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in Human Resource Management
• HR consulting experiences preferred.
• Degree in HRM / equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Client Relations Management experience
• Knowledge of SETA landscape and National Human Resource Strategy.
• Knowledge of the Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and all other
applicable legislation.
• Experience in developing and managing a Performance Management Infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, organisational and time management skills.
• Must be able to work on multiple projects
