My client, an established and successful BPO is seeking to employ an experienced:
Senior HR Manager – Call Centre

The Role:
The purpose of this role is to enable and support the Business Unit to find, win, retain and grow the right people to drive performance and profitable growth
Main Duties:
People Management
Industrial and Employee Relations
HR Guidance and Support
Recruitment and Induction
Administration
Projects
Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
HR diploma/ degree or qualified by experience- at least 5 years in the HR discipline , of which 2 will include a direct people management role
Exposure to fast paced, customer service orientated environment with a high degree of change
Indepth understanding of LRA, EEA, BBBEE, SDA, NQF, BCoE
Must be currently employed in a similar role
Advanced MS Suite
Excellent written and spoken command of English
South African Citizen’s ONLY

Salary on Offer:
R41,000 CTC per month – Dependent on experience and an annual performance bonus
