Senior Human Resource Manager needed for a leading mining company in Johannesburg! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Human Resource Manager to execute general HR strategies and deliver customer service within the organization, recruitment and selection, employment equity, salary and benefits management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, HR policies and procedures and strategic HR projects and Social Labour Planning. Ideally you will have an Honours/ Masters degree in Human Resource Management and/ or equivalent. A minimum of 8 years experience as Human Resource Manager in a mining industry is essential.
