A well Known Dairy Company is in need of a Senior Process Technician in the Eastern Cape. Applicants must have 5-10 years' experience within a Dairy Industry and be in possession of a Degree or Diploma prferably in Food Science. The Successful candidate will be Responsible for both preventative and breakdown maintenance in the Process Dept on all equipment (predominantly Tetra Pak and APV) including pasteurisers, separators, homogenisers, sterilisers, valves, pumps, silos ,tanks and related instrumentation and automation. Also involved with projects and new installations depending on the project. Will have techs and junior techs and appies that need to be overseen.
