Matric plus a Diploma in Production Management or Food Management an advantage
Must live in or near the Pretoria area
Minimum of 5 years experience in a production environment
3 years managerial experience in a production environment
At least 1 year experience in quality control
3 years experience working in a HACCP or similar quality based programme
Experience in a bakery / manufacturing related environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Technically minded
• Strong supervisory skills and able to motivate and grow a team
• Stable track record
