R 15 000.00 - 20 000 neg per month and incentive Position exists for a person to handle 360 recruitment as well as 180 SLA recruitment in terms of the full Recruitment / Talent processes. The individual need to be competent to manage the following:

Drives processes and activities to maintain and increase placement ratio align with SLA's.

Measure and increase own performance and output against deadlines and required SLA's

Driving SOP's and industry norms in terms of candidates and Clients.

Liaise with clients and increase visibility to existing companies / corporate

Marketing and sourcing clients and talent

Matric / Grade 12 essential

Formal 3 year post Matric qualification highly recommended

Valid Drivers and own vehicle essential

3 Years agency recruitment / sourcing / selection experience essential

Experience in Web Based application recruitment
