Introduction

My client is looking to appoint a Senior Technical Trainer.
Description

Job responsibilities:

Delivers SAP Facilitated Learning and up skills business super users
Ensures local training facilities are managed, working with the change agent network
Reports on training delivery, managing day to day issues via agreed processes
Manages the availability of training content materials, environments
Oversees assessments including reporting and remedial actions
Delivers post go-live support and hand holding JOB
Minimum Requirements:

Relevant National Diploma
Deep understanding of SAP, including MM, FI, PP, PM, SD
Extensive classroom delivery experience
Practical experience of relevant manufacturing business processes
Experience delivering train the trainer to build super user competence and confidence
Experience with end user support processes and effective incident resolution
Experience with training data, environments and learning management systems
backgrounds in manufacturing processes including buying, planning, procurement, finance, logistics and store operations.
