• Log all user and third party calls.
• Assist users with 1st line telephonic as well as remote desktop support.
• Ensure that all assets are up to date
• Manage all IT related repairs and logistics.
• Capture requisitions in SAP- Invoices
• Control inventory for IT cupboard.
• Ensure that all the documentation and procedures concerning Service Desk systems are updated and followed.
• Ensure that daily/weekly/monthly tasks are followed as per the detailed checklists.
• Liaise with outside vendors ensuring minimum downtime to the Mondi systems..
• Obtain an in depth understanding of the infrastructure installations at Mondi.
• Identify areas for service improvement from all the above.Ensure a process of continuous improvement is carried out.
• Adhere to Company andClient safety policies and procedures

Daily task

• Respond to calls logged within SLA – General system calls,Maintenance Tasks, Change Controls and escalations.
