Our Client is looking for a Qualified Experienced SHEQ Officer / SHEQ Manager in Montague Gardens Cape Town
To minimise the risks and losses through ensuring compliance to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality systems and standards

Salary Negotiable to Experience + Benefits

Min Requirements
• Matric and Relevant Safety Qualification SAMTRAC
• 5 Years SHEQ Experience at Middle Management level in similar Manufacturing Industry

This person must be:
• experienced with ISO requirements, handling internal audits, and be must be able to run Quality management review meetings;
• experienced and certified as a Health & Safety Officer and must have hands on experience in all aspects of Health and Safety compliance matters
• experienced with preparing for external tender audits [Government etc.] and pro-active in dealing with all matters requiring corrective action
• experienced with environmental compliance and must understand how to implement policies and procedures
• Able to manage monthly H&S meetings and Inductions for all new staff
• Administratively sound with good record keeping skills
• Very hands on in all aspects of SHEQ
• Health & Safety Housekeeping – H&S Meetings, Risk Assessments and Manage H&S Risks
• Environmental Standards- Zero on Non Conformance
• Quality Management System
• Machine, Maintenance & Repair – Reduce down time
• Training and Development
• Understanding of Company Policy & Procedures and machine Equipment and Tooling
