Shift Machine Setters - Bloemfontein
Grade 12 is Essential
Fluency in English - Written & spoken
Forklift & or Crane Operator's license is an advantage
Ability to work in a pressurised environment / Work without Supervision / Ability to work shifts & travel to work with own transport / Work overtime when required
Min 3 years relevant working experience
Ability to operate PET (Injection Stretch Blow Moulding Machines, Injection Machines
Working knowledge of Electronics, Hydraulics & Pneumatics
Fair knowledge of bottle closure processes
Ability to diagnose problems
Responsibilities:
Start up 7 setting of machines - PET machines
Total running, basic maintenance & basic repairs of Machines (NISSEI, ASB, SIDEL blow mould)
Diagnosing & problem solving on machines
Mould changes
Setting & running of machines, to achieve outputs as set by the plan
Ensure that quality standards are met
General running & maintenance of machines
Monitoring of service room machinery - compressors & pumps
