RedCat Recruitment is URGENTLY seeking a SHIFT SUPERVISOR for a national concern – position based in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands area.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Good computer skills (MS Office, internet, email).
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position ESSENTIAL!
Previous experience in an automotive environment an added bonus.
MUST have worked in a production plant before, supervising more than 10 employees!
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO TS 16949 would be an advantage.
This position would suit an assertive candidate with excellent supervisory skills.
Must be able to work shifts: 3 x 8 hour as well as day / night (11.5 hours)
Person must reside in the KwaZulu-Natal area or be willing to relocate.

Salary offered: R44.90 per hour
