• N3 Certificate or Equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a trade tested artisan in a Manufacturing environment with practical experience in fault finding, industrial electronics, variable speed drives, PLC controls, control equipment, basic pneumatics and hydraulics, AC/DC drives and schematic control circuit diagrams
• Knowledge of Injection Moulding would be an added advantage
• Be a good team player with the ability to relate to people at all levels
• Be a fast learner and able to adapt to a fast changing technical environment
• Good communication skills, good planning and organisational skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Have reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work Shifts and be called out if necessary.
• Computer Literate

• Adhere to Preventative Maintenance Plan in line with OE recommendations
• Carry out repairs and maintenance of electrical / electronic / mechanical equipment in both Production and QC lab timeously to maintain machine uptime.
• Ensure critical spares are maintained in stock for responsible area.
