As Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all staff. The Ideal Candidate must have a Min of 2 years Management experience within the Contract Cleaning Industry and must be comfortable with working flexible hours which may include some Night Shift audits.

Our client is a National well known company within the Cleaning Industry in South Africa. They are expanding at an unbelievable rate which provides their staff with growth opportunities.

THE POSITION:

We’re looking for top calibre candidates with min of 3 – 5 years Managerial experience within the Cleaning Industry or Coach Industry.

THE BENEFITS:

• Basic Salary R22 000 – R 23 000 (depending on experience)
• Petrol allowance.

THE LOCATION:

We’re looking for ideal candidates to join the Team in Pretoria, Gauteng.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must Reside in or around the Pretoria area.
• Must have Clean Criminal Record.
• Must have Basic IR capabilities.
• Must be immediately available alternatively have a 2 week Notice Period at current Employer.
• Must have contactable Reference.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle and be willing to work shifts.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Internal Audits.
• Daily hygiene and Sanitation documentation checks.
• Supervision & training of staff, daily sanitation and deep clean.
• Implementing & maintaining of all food safety aspects ISO 22000.
• Management of staff.
• Documentation & Data Capturing.
• Staff wage queries, Disciplinary hearings & procedures.
• Inspections of workplace.
• Site First-aider, health & Safety, Stock taking & Ordering of Stock
• Employee Training, NCR’s, Root cause analysis, Flowcharts, Completion of Shift Rosters
• Chemical dilution and handling
• Customer Correspondence and problem Solving.
