The key responsibilities of the position are as follows, but not limited to:

* Monitor the quality activities of the partners and sub-contractors versus the Inspection and Test
* Plan, check the results of the tests are documented according to the relevant standards

* Ensure (or do) opening of NCR’s when technical deviations are identified
* Monitor the proper and timeliness delivery of the disposition, implementation and archiving of NCR’s opened at Site

* Train the employees, sub-contractors and partners for the use of the quality tools
* Do quality audit and random inspections (warehouse, construction area, sub-contractors and partners)

* Check the completeness and correctness of the Site Work Conformance Files (SWCF)
* Provide a support to the quality functions for complying with quality roadmap assessment
* May provide support for the use of the quality methodologies and tools (8D’s)
* Notify the Customer for witnessing the tests he asked for
* If technical deviations are notified by the Customer,
* Record them in the NCR database
* Ensure a proper resolution is done (quality, on time)

* Do any quality task delegated by the Site quality manager

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
Education & Trainings - Mandatory (MUST)

* Engineering or university or bachelor degree in quality management, mechanical or electrical
* ISO Lead auditor qualification

* At least 3 years experience in a technical or quality function in an engineering environment

Desirable (NICE TO HAVE)

* Experience in Non-Destructive Examination (NDT)
* Experience in welding inspection
* Experience in corrosion protection (painting, galvanizing)
* Experience in civil work
* Experience in instrumentation & electrical systems

Desirable (NICE TO HAVE)

* Power plant or oil & gas technical know how
* Enthusiastic
