This is a fantastic opportunity for a Snr IR Practitioner to be responsible for employee relations, be knowledgeable on HR legislation, be the contact between management and union, represent company at CCMA and be proficient in MS Word. Preference will be given to candidates with a HR/Law/IR degree and 5 years’ experience in the mining industry.
