Our Client within the FMCG -Retail Food and Beverages are currently seeking a Stock Controller 6 Month Contract

Duties:

• Inventory of all 60 Branches
• Credit Pertaining to Stock Counts and What is Needed to in Order to Determine the Financial Cost.
• Identifying Problem areas bases on Variances and Reports and Correcting Problems
• Maintaining the inventory management strategy and controlling the costs and budgets and savings
• Expired Stock Analysis and Loss of Stock
• Removal of Redundant and Obsolete Stock
• Assisting Operations with any stock that is late for delivery and short delivered
• Compiling Reports on Stock Usages, Damages ,Staff Meals and Wastages
• Implement a Process to Reduce Stock Losses and Variances
• Ensure Stock take is Done Each Day and Weekly
• Maintaining bill of Material
• Reconciliations
• Project Management of Stores
• Invoicing

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric
• Diploma or Degree – Logistics – Supply Chain – “I think” Advantageous”
• Micros POS Systems
• Strong Excel Skills
