The Store Manager takes full responsibility for the general functioning of the store:

Personnel
Stock
Housekeeping
Customer Services And Sales
Administration
The Store Manager will at all times aim to achieve the mission and vision of the store and adhere to the values of the store

General:
Responsible for taking initiative and communicating this to the General / Operations Manager.
Personnel:
Training of staff.
Responsible for developing staff.
Responsible for the proper management of staff.
Responsible for security in terms of staff.

Stock:
Responsible for all the stock in the store.
Responsible for maintaining the various Departments in the store.
Responsible for stock take – control.

Administration:
It is the responsibility of the Store Manager to ensure that the General / Operations Manager is kept well informed at all times concerning any relevant information concerning his/her store
Responsible for timeously planning with regard to the operation of the store.

Customer Service & Actual Sales:
Responsible for the general security in the store.
Will ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times.
The Store Manager is responsible for monthly / weekly and daily sales budgets.
Plan promotions.
Housekeeping:
Responsible for the general neatness and appearance of the entire store.
