Our client a leading retailer is looking for an experienced store manager in their Witbank Branch

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Retail Management Diploma or similar will be advantageous
• 4 to 5 years related store management experience
• Working knowledge of a store management system
• Financial skills
• Knowledge of industrial relations
• Basic coaching skills
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Key performance areas:
• Achievement of store targets
• Stock management performance
• Operational planning and objective / target setting, priority setting and scheduling
• Monitoring and reporting
• Resolve escalated issues e.g. customer queries
• Liaison with internal and external service departments
• Management of store budget / expenses
• Store specific customer growth strategies
• Staff recruitment and selection and succession planning
• Individual performance management and training / development
