Business Unit Manager/Store Manager

Your Main Focus:

Create a retail environment that inspires both employees and customers. As a Manager, you’re building dynamic teams with unique individuals and delivering positive experiences for customers as they shop. Most importantly, you share the Kingsley Heath vision with employees and encourage their growth and achievement of required results.

You’ll need to:

• Build and inspire the sales team to engage customers and deliver great results.
• Make sure the Kingsley Heath Experience lives up to the vision and exceeds customer’s expectations every time
• Find new ways to encourage team collaboration
• Inspire innovative solutions
• Improve store performance
• Your passion for Fashion connects people to the pieces they love and creates amazing customer experiences
• Ensure that stock is beautifully presented at all times
• Create long-term customers with experiences built on trust
• Be fully accountable for the company’s assets Stock and cash
