STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER positions available in Joburg with well-known technology brand. We are looking for tech savvy people who has the ability to work independently & use initiative and to be based in-store and work closely with the Store Manager. The Store Operations Managers will be responsible for and management of all back office processes, store systems, risk management, stock losses, technical support systems, policies and procedures. Overall objective is to maximize profit, minimize risk and create and ensure all systems and procedures support this objective.

We currently have a number of Store Operations Manager vacancies available for the Technology brand in Johannesburg. The successful candidates will be required to be flexible in working in various stores in Johannesburg as needed and required by the General Manager before potentially be based at one specific store. Areas include Fourways, Roodepoort, Midrand, Sandton and East Rand.
Duties & Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Customer Service
o Ensure all policies and processes are aligned for maximum customer service
- Finance and Accounting
o Input on budgeting process and oversee all banking and accounting functions
- Sales Targets
o Support store managers to ensure key deliverables are achieved
- Stock management
o Ensure correct volume and mix of stock
o All stock reports and movement of repair stock
o Preparations and management of Stock takes
- Human Resources
o Assist in rostering, all HR documentation, recruitment and on-boarding functions
- Policies and Procedures
o Monitors and implements procedures to improve operations
- Operations
o Reports, liaison with third party Service providers and Safety and Security
Requirements:
- Must have Matric
- Minimum relevant Tertiary qualification (NQF 6), Financial qualification is preferred
- Must have at least 5 years’ administration management experience in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Be prepared to work retail hours (including weekends, holidays and overtime)
- Strong problem solving skills and proven ability to use your own initiative
- Knowledge and ability to effectively apply company strategy/ policy/ procedure at store level
- Great organisational skills
- Service Delivery orientated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
- Good judgement
