Qualifications:
Matric, tertiary qualification advantageous
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ previous proven experience operating in the capacity of procurement and stores
Computer Literacy on Outlook, Excel and Word

Must be physically fit and in good health and of sober habits.
Must have Knowledge of and /or Experience with Large Stock control
Must have good administrative background and have worked in a fast paced warehouse environment
A proven supervisory background with good organizing skills
Must have minimum of 3 year’s stock control/management experience.
Must have proven track record and have written confirmed references
Must have a Valid South African Driver’s License.
Must be willing to work long/flexi hours including some weekends, if required

DUTIES:
Managing the team of employees in the stores division of the business
Constant monitoring of stock levels
Ensuring there is enough stock per orders that are placed
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts
Reconciling stock via the in-house system
Organisation and planning of stock storage and layouts
Assigning employees of work required daily
Analysing of variances and initiate corrective actions
Planning and monitoring employees work levels
Monitor all courier collections
Monitor dispatches
Work closely with the workshop
Prepare the stores for the Financial Year End Stock Take
Assist with the Financial Year End Stock Take and ensure discrepancies are worked timeously
