Brief Posting Description
The Strategic Projects Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for the effective mobilisation, management and implementation of all Customer Relationship Management strategies, either directly or through a team of specialists. The incumbent is required to understand, anticipate and manage the needs of current and potential customers. The Strategic Projects Customer Relationship manager will be responsible for managing the end to end process deliverables of all necessary projects within area of responsibility. Stakeholder management forms a crucial part of this role.

• Ensures resourcing decisions are aligned to the Transformation Plan
• Manages the required resources to enable business performance and achieve business objectives
• Promotes teamwork amongst peers and team members
• Identifies and participates in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
• Manages Business Analyst project deliverables
• Consults with business, shares knowledge and provides expert advice
• Researches and proposes business development initiatives across the Organisation
• Manages the business processes for area of responsibility
• Develops and leverages cooperative relationships and networks and identifies change champions
• Provides expert advice to management on how to achieve best possible returns on investment by leveraging existing relationships
• Establishes and maintains network in order to build the brand image
• Ensures customer service solutions are aligned to the operational business plan
• Researches, designs and implements best practice customer service solutions


Additional Details
• Minimum Qualification - Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration, Business Process Management or Customer Relationship Management
• Preferred Qualification - BCom Degree
• Experience - Five to eight years exposure to customer relationship management in multiple business segments dealing with multiple business processes
