• Meet Strategic Sourcing goals to support objectives
• Research and analyse markets, suppliers, and commodities
• Manage suppliers, monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and identify and communicate supplier risks
• Manage cost-saving projects across multiple strategic sourcing categories
• Ensure the sourcing process is followed rigorously
• Develop relationships with stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
• Three years experience in a Strategic Sourcing or business-related role
• Two years proven negotiations experience
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally
• Demonstrated understanding and application of strategic sourcing policies and procedures
• Proficient communication and writing skills
