RedCat Recruitment is seeking a SUPERVISOR (MANUFACTURING) for a national concern – position based in the Howick area.
JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment ESSENTIAL!
Good computer skills (MS Office, internet, email)
Must be able to plan, monitor and appraise scores / job results.
Coaching, counselling and disciplining of employees.
Enforcement of systems, policies and procedures.
Good time keeping (low absenteeism)
This position would suit someone who is well presented with good communication skills and a no nonsense approach.
Only candidates residing in the Pietermaritzburg / Hilton / Howick areas will be considered.

Salary offered: Basic (depending on experience) + overtime
